TASTE #1 Wade Cellars Chenin Blanc 


THE STORY:  Born out of Dwyane Wade’s love of the great wines of Napa Valley, Wade Cellars represents the former Miami Heat shooting guard’s partnership with iconic winemaker Jayson Pahlmeyer.

For over 30 years, Jayson Pahlmeyer has consistently produced iconic Napa Valley wines of power, finesse, and distinction. Jayson has been a leader in the world of fine wine and shares Wade’s bold and irrepressible spirit. Then, two years ago, Wade decided to follow his heart and make a great wine of his own, and Wade Cellars was born.

ON THE PALATE:  This Chenin Blanc has the aromas and flavors of pears, golden apples, lemon blossoms, and honeysuckle.  Chenin is appealing to wine lovers that enjoy a crisp Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS:  Asian Cuisine, Pork Chops and Goat Cheese

ON THE PALATE:  This sweet Moscato has delightful notes of elderberry flower, orange, and peach.

TASTE #3 Klinker Brick Brickmason Red Blend 


THE STORY:  Steve and Lori Felten, fifth generation grape growers in the Lodi region, continue the tradition of cultivating “Old Vine” Zinfandel vineyards that their ancestors planted in the early 1900’s.

Joseph Smith joined Klinker Brick in 2008 after starting his career as a winemaker in the nineties as an apprentice with Gnekow Family Wines. From there he worked under Barry Gnekow at Hahn and also Michael David as a cellar master and ultimately the full time winemaker at Klinker Brick.

ON THE PALATE:  This blend is comprised of 80% Zinfandel, 10% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petite Sirah. Deep red fruit aromas lead into notes of dark cherry with soft tannins and a velvet finish.
